Seminar on Bangladesh Bondhu Foundation (BONDHU) for Climate Change Mitigation
Bangladesh Bondhu Foundation (BONDHU) and the Department of Environment (DoE) jointly organized a seminar on the occasion of World Environment Day titled "Climate Change Mitigation Bangladesh Bondhu Foundation" on 7th June 2022. Bangladesh Bondhu Foundation (BONDHU) staff and top officials of the Department of Environment (DoE) participated in the seminar.
Agriculture expert of Bangladesh Bondhu Foundation (BONDHU) Mr. Mrityunjay Roy delivered the welcome speech at the seminar. Dr. Engineer Khalequzzaman, Program Manager of the Bangladesh Bondhu Foundation (BONDHU) presented a keynote paper at the seminar. Dr. Surajeet Saha, Chief Information Officer, Ministry of Agriculture; Dharitri Kumar Sarkar, Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change graced the event as the panel discussants. Md. Yunus Ali, former Chief Conservator of the Forest Department was present as the special guest.

The seminar was presided over by the Director (Planning) of the Department of Environment (DoE), Muhammad Sulaiman Haider. Syed Nazmul Ahsan, Director, Department of Environment (Air Management), concluded the event with a vote of thanks.
