Iftar Party held at the head office of Bangladesh Bondhu Foundation (BONDHU)
Bangladesh Bondhu Foundation (BONDHU) and Bashori- A Nazrul Center jointly arrange an Iftar Party every year. This year the Iftar party was slated for 16th April 2023, Sunday. The Iftar Party hosted by Bangladesh Bondhu Foundation (BONDHU) and Bashori held at the head office of Bangladesh Bondhu Foundation (BONDHU). The staff of BONDHU’s head office and the artists of Bashori as well as other invitees attended this yearly event.
The Iftar Party-2023 was held in a festive ambiance with the participation of all irrespective of caste and creed.
The event was observed with due religious fervor and solemnity. A host of noted personalities were present on the occasion. Among them, freedom fighter and artiste of Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra Mr. Manoranjan Ghoshal, eminent Nazrul Sangeet artiste and versatile singer Ms. Fatema Tuz Zohra and poet, presenter, and television personality Mr. Rezauddin Stalin are worth mentioning. The Iftar Party was followed by a feast. Later, a session of Gazal (a genre of Islamic songs) was held, which was performed by the artists of Bashori.
Dr. Engr. Khalequzzaman program manager of BONDHU and
president of Bashori delivered a welcome speech and he as well as other
attendees of the Iftar Party exchanged greetings with each other. This Iftar
Party also serves as an occasion for get together and reunions for the employees
of BONDHU and Bashori.
