• Bachelor's / Honors degree

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of field-level work experience

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a maximum of 35 years old
• Experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency
• Proficiency in computer skills is mandatory
• Must own a motorcycle and be skilled in motorcycle driving

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate field-level activities related to Bondhu Chula, Energy-saving stoves, and livelihood programs under the project.
• Maintain regular communication with beneficiaries and assist in training activities.
• Collect project-related data, prepare reports, and present them to the appropriate authorities.
• Manage and monitor the activities of the field team.
• Coordinate with local administration and stakeholders.
