Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Master of Science (MSc)
• Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management (PGDPM)
  Preference: Candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Agriculture will be given priority.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in NGO or Development Agency work is required
• Must have experience managing staff and working with farmers at the field level

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare project plans and implement them effectively
• Manage field staff and coordinate with farmers
• Maintain communication with all stakeholders involved in the project
• Supervise staff and support field-level operations
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management

Additional Requirements

• Strong leadership and field management skills
• Ability to work with farmers and field staff in diverse conditions
• Good communication and coordination skills
