Job Summary:
The Bangladesh Bondhu Foundation (BONDHU) is hiring Field Workers for the "Climate-Friendly Agriculture Project" in Dinajpur, Naogaon, Natore, Gazipur, Narsingdi, Netrokona, and Mymensingh districts. We are looking for dynamic, skilled, and passionate individuals to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementing and managing activities related to climate-smart agriculture at the field level.
Collaboration with local stakeholders to promote sustainable farming practices.
Ensuring effective communication between the community and project authorities.
Providing technical assistance to farmers on agriculture-related issues.
Education Requirements:
Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent degree in Agriculture Science or related fields.
Additional Requirements:
Applicants must be between 22 to 35 years of age.
Own motorcycle is mandatory.
Proficiency in computer usage is required.
Candidates should be willing to work outside their home districts.
Students are not eligible to apply.
Skills & Expertise:
Knowledge of climate-resilient agricultural practices.
Strong communication and fieldwork skills.
Ability to work in remote areas and under challenging conditions.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly salary: Tk. 17,000
Motorcycle allowance: Tk. 3,000 (Total: Tk. 20,000)
